Our clients are responsible for arranging insurance for the property being stored at our facility. Before organising insurance you will need to first check with your current household or business insurance officer to see if your property is covered whilst in storage.

Currently we do not onsell Customer Goods Protection. Storage of Goods are Stored at Your Own Risk.

We ask that customers do NOT store flamable items and Lithium Ion Batteries to minimise risk for all customers goods. 

While we do not supply insurance cover, we strive to do our best to keep your items secure. We have 40 security cameras on premises, individually alarmed roller doors, electric fences and the rear of our property and an onsite resident for extra peace of mind.

For all storage units at Bright Self Storage you must supply your own padlock. You retain the keys, allowing you sole access to your unit. If you require a padlock we supply brand new 40mm solid brass padlocks either keyed or combination. Pricing starts at $13.20 each.
